By completing and submitting this form, the user (“Applicant” or “User”) acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, voluntarily accept their content, and authorize Wealthy Heart LLC to process their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Data submitted through this form will be used exclusively to:

• Evaluate the application;

• Conduct preliminary compatibility assessments;

• Contact the User for further information or scheduling calls;

• Manage the internal selection process;

• Improve the quality and efficiency of our services.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing (GDPR)

For Users located in the European Union, personal data is processed based on:

• Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR);

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for internal evaluation, selection workflow management, and service improvement.

For Users outside the EU, processing is carried out in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy principles.

4. No Contractual Obligation

Submitting this form:

• Does not create a contract;

• Does not guarantee acceptance into any program;

• Does not obligate either the User or Wealthy Heart LLC to purchase or provide any service.

5. Accuracy of Information

The User declares that all information provided is true, complete, and up to date.

Wealthy Heart LLC is not responsible for evaluations, decisions, or outcomes based on incorrect, misleading, or incomplete data submitted by the User.

6. Personal Data Processing

The User authorizes Wealthy Heart LLC to collect, store, process, and use submitted personal data for purposes connected to matchmaking, compatibility analysis, and coaching-related activities, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limited Data Sharing

Data may be shared strictly with:

• Authorized internal staff;

• Collaborators involved in screening and evaluation;

• Technical tools used to process or store data (such as CRM systems, cloud services, SmartMatchApp).

Data will never be shared with other candidates or third parties for matching purposes without the User’s explicit consent.

8. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submission of this form does not guarantee:

• Selection into any of our programs;
• Availability of specific services;
• Compatibility with other profiles.

Wealthy Heart LLC retains full discretion in all evaluation outcomes. 

9. Data Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect User data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

10. Data Retention

Personal data submitted through this form may be retained for:

• Evaluation purposes;
• Internal administrative use;
• Potential future contact (if appropriate).

Retention will not exceed 24 months, unless further storage is legally required or expressly permitted by the User. The User may request deletion of their data at any time.

11. User Rights

In accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws (including GDPR for EU residents), the User may request:

• Access to their data;

• Correction or deletion;

• Restriction or objection to processing;

• Data portability (where applicable).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). For Users residing in the EU, mandatory GDPR provisions also apply.
